Where does Storyteller's Closet ship?
We currently only ship to the US and offer free standard shipping to all 50 states, DC, and US territories.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Domestic standard shipping (U.S.): 3-4 business days for the contiguous 48 states.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within **14 days of delivery**. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
How it works:
1. Email us at info@storytellerscloset.com with your order number.
2. Send your item back using the instructions provided.
3. We’ll issue a refund once received.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for a different size or design.
